All-Inclusive Vacations, Inc. Disclosure Policy

Please read this notice. It constitutes part of your contract for travel related services. Please check all travel documents when you receive them. Call us if you have any questions. Most discount fares involve restrictions. Changing carriers or flights could result in the airline demanding an increased fare. Check with the airline or All-Inclusive Vacations, Inc. before making any changes.

All-Inclusive Vacations, Inc. is acting as a mere agent for TRAVEL SUPPLIERS in selling travel-related accepting services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by All-Inclusive Vacations, Inc. (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.). All-Inclusive Vacations, Inc., therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract, failure to comply with any laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), or any intentional or negligent actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience or injury to travelers or travelers' companions or group members. Unless the term "guaranteed" is specifically stated in writing on your tickets, invoice, or reservation itinerary. All-Inclusive Vacations, Inc. does not guarantee any of such supplier's rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling, or handling of baggage or other personal effects.

All-Inclusive Vacations, Inc. shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside All-Inclusive Vacations, Inc.'s control.

Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for, and hereby releases All-Inclusive Vacations, Inc. from, any duty of checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safety and security conditions of such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel. For information concerning possible dangers at international destinations, contact the Travel Advisory section of the U.S. State Department, (888) 407-4747, or access the State Department's online travel advisory service at www.travel.state.gov. For medical information, call the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC), (877) FYI-TRIP or www.cdc.gov/travel.

By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Traveler is hereby warned of the above risks as well as possible travel industry bankruptcies and medical and climatic disruptions, and the possibility traveler may be unable to travel as scheduled because of personal emergency. Traveler is advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance coverage against these risks. Traveler's retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute consent to the above and an agreement on his/her part to convey the contents hereto to his/her travel companions or group members.


- Booking Policy -

All quotes are subject to availability and subject to change until a deposit is made.

There is a difference between giving you a "price quote" and actually "holding space" for a vacation. A price quote is just that, a price for a specific vacation valid at that moment in time. Prices can and do change all the time. Whether or not the air and hotel are available can also change over time. Many factors effect price and availability. The season, popularity of the resort, and how far in advance you are booking are some of these factors. Holding space however, means that you have given us your legal names and the vendor we are using for your trip has taken air seats and hotel rooms out of his inventory and put your name on them. You are not obligated to make the purchase yet. All a "hold" means is that the vendor has given you "X" amount of time to decide on the purchase. Different vendors give you a different amount of time. We will tell you exactly how much time you have. And, if you do not make at least a down payment (or full payment if you are within so many days of traveling), the "hold" will expire. The seats and rooms will go back into the vendor's inventory.

Airline fuel surcharges may be imposed by the airlines after depositing and will be applied to all airline tickets not paid in full. Airlines periodically change fare structures for all air seats. The airline may require full payment of the fare at any time in order to avoid any increase in cost. All non-ticketed air seats may be subject to an across-the-board increase in fare even after a deposit is made to hold the space. In the event of a change in fare structure, the airlines typically, but not always, provide notice of the final ticketing deadline in order to avoid the increase. Full payment for the airfare will be required by the deadling or the increased cost will be passed on to the traveler. These decisions are made by the airlines and are not a decision of All-Inclusive Vacations, Inc. or Travel Suppliers. In the event of a change in fare structure, our Travel Suppliers may decide to ticket the airfare without having full payment on the booking. The Travel Suppliers will ticket the airfare to avoid the increase in fare and full cancellation penalties will be applicable to the entire deposit.


- Cancellation and Revision Policy -

As soon as a deposit has been received, the following cancellation penalties apply:

$50 per person
PLUS
Any penalties charged by Travel Suppliers.
Travel Suppliers cancellation penalties vary depending on the airfare tariff, hotel penalties, and notice given and may be up to the full amount paid.

****Travel Insurance Coverage is Highly Recommended****

Any revisions or changes made to a reservation are subject to a $50 change fee in addition to any other Travel Suppliers fees.

- Privacy Policy -

Your Privacy is important to us (we hate spam as much as you do!). We hope the following statement will help you understand how All-Inclusive Vacations, Inc. collects, uses and safeguards your personal information.

When you browse our web site, you do so anonymously. Personal information, including your e-mail address, is not collected. If you provide us with your e-mail address, or have done so in the past, we may upon occasion send you e-mail offers. We may use information you have given us only for the purpose of sending you advertising information pertaining to our travel products. Information collected during the online booking process is solely used for administration relating to the purchase of vacation packages with All-Inclusive Vacations, Inc. that are provided by our Travel Suppliers. We never sell or provide the information obtained on this site to third parties.

At any time, you may request to discontinue receiving e-mail offers from us by simply replying to the e-mail and informing us of your preferences.

- Travel Information -

We strongly suggest that all passengers report to the airport two hours prior to departure times as listed on your flight itinerary.

Each individual is responsible for his or her departure taxes that must be paid upon departing at the end of your vacation. These are payable in cash upon check-in at the airport. Departure taxes are subject to change. Please consult the appropriate tourist board for up to date information regarding departure taxes and fees. The Jamaican, Mexican, and Dominican Republic departure taxes are included in most packages booked with airfare. Travelers may be required to purchase a tourist card when entering some destinations (the Dominican Republic currently requires the purchase of a $10 tourist card).
